The Bright Badge is a virtue-based readiness system for Ashlyn’s BW. In just a few minutes, families practice the habits that make a group meeting epic—kindness, self-control, listening, boundaries, and safety. Each badge shows your child is ready for the next level of teamwork and responsibility.
It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being prepared so every event stays fun, creative, and welcoming.

In Phase 1, the Bright Badge System gives families a simple path to build strong character at home and bring it into real-life group experiences. Parents guide short missions that include a quick virtue lesson, an easy practice step, and a short reflection—then upload a worksheet or photo for credit in the Purpose App. As kids earn Bright Friend, Trusted Teammate, Pathfinder, and Guardian Circle, they unlock higher levels of readiness for Ashlyn’s BW events and projects.
This keeps our community high-trust: kids feel confident, parents feel supported, and guides can focus on learning, creativity, and leadership.

Purpose app
Our Immersive Purpose Program
The Purpose App is our ongoing virtue training system for K–21 families who want consistent character growth at home—not just readiness for events. Each week, parents get a simple plan: a short virtue lesson, real-life mission, and a quick reflection that helps kids practice the Core Virtues in everyday moments. Families can upload a worksheet or photo for credit, track progress over time, and keep ranks active through steady practice.
Bright Badges help families reach a baseline for joining Ashlyn’s BW events. The Purpose App is what happens after that—it’s the long-term path that builds stronger habits, deeper responsibility, and real growth month after month.

At Ashlyn's Business Works, our educators are called Guides, reflecting their role in empowering students to take charge of their learning journey. Rather than simply instructing, Guides help students navigate their own path, encouraging independent thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. By fostering curiosity and guiding students through hands-on experiences, our Guides inspire students to discover their strengths, make informed choices, and develop the confidence to succeed in both academics and entrepreneurship.
